Those two facades have been meant to emulate a specific building in Milan, that I saw every morning while going to my university. A thorough description of the sculpting process is written in the tutorial, so i’ll leave here only a couple of pictures.
First unpainted: You can see that lower and upper floors are interchangeable. This allows more combinations, which is always useful.
The painted version includes the windows shutters i laser-cut in cardboard, with a plastic sheet glued behind.
